The Business Leadership Program has an 18 month duration delivered via blended learning (e-learning; live workshops & assignments) and is fully sponsored by the company for deserving employees. All participants will be expected to complete all e-modules, attend specific company scheduled training events, participate in all classroom workshops, meet the criteria for assessment set for each assignment, and achieve year-end performance ratings in the top 20% of ratings across the organization.
