"Discovery meetings" is an essential ingredient GITA promotes to their clients.

These meetings give both parties the opportunity to explore the current individual/team effectiveness, unresolved issues, coping mechanisms in relation to change, business ethics, values, and the overall mission of the company. Once these key points have been established, training can be developed directly related to the current needs.

Training is ineffective unless the discovery process is included as it is from this process that awareness begins. A detailed state-of-the-art assessment tool is available, assessing 46 different categories on behavior and trait.
