DONNA MARIE IMSON - Managing Director

Donna is an accomplished thought leader in the field of Training and Development and has immense experience in the Network Marketing field. She joined V-Team in 1998 as a V-Partner and from then has evolved with the company and today holds various senior management roles in the QI group. Apart from being MD of GITA, she is also the Director in charge of Network Support, a V-Partner, Director on the board of QI and is on the Board of Trustees of RYTHM Foundation, the CSR arm of QI. She is also the Regional Director for Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam and Deputy RD for North America.

NISHANT UPADHYA - Instructional Design Manager

Nishant’s expertise in instructional design and e-learning is built upon a wide range of experience in the field. He has been involved in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of e-learning projects and has produced web, CD, and instructor-based modes of learning including courses for primary and high school students, the hearing impaired, as well as technical and programming courses. He has extensive experience in managing content-related requests and implementing in-house e-learning packages, and has worked in positions of increasing responsibility, including roles as Development Executive and Senior Systems Associate.

Nishant will be responsible for the assessment, planning, design, and development of learning solutions.

MALTI JOHL - Knowledge & Events Manager

Malti has been actively and passionately involved in the education and training industry for the past 14 years. She brings to GITA a substantial array of experience with several certifications from her extensive background which includes: Accelerated Training Programmes, Effective Learning, Infusing Thinking Skills, and Creative Thinking to name a few. She is also competent in handling various modalities like Communications, Corporate Training and Quality Service Standards.
