For comments and suggestions,

Based on the training objectives and requirements of the clientele, a typical approach would be:

To conduct a discovery meeting, usually over a 4- to 8-hour period. The purpose of this is to understand in detail their current training needs, culture, strengths, areas for change, and current individual/team dynamics.

Development and creation of specialist workshops related directly from the discovery findings. This would also include one-on-one coaching for Senior Executives.

To initiate/conduct first level training programs consisting of in-house facilitation, outdoor experiential, or combination. This is also linked to the delivery stage for all programmes agreed upon the individual/team.

This stage is critical for the ongoing success of the training objectives. Assessment will be available for evaluation, discussion groups will be created, and trainer programs initiated for future growth.
